Jaz has tranformed the space of her body through the practice of hatha yoga and has love for the many disciplines within “yoga”.

Most people see yoga as a physical regimen, which is completely true. Hatha yoga does use the physical body as an access point to a larger universe, however that looks or feels.

She trained in hatha yoga with a vinyasa style asana in 2016 and has completed trainings since, deepening and broadening her knowledge.

Her particular areas of expertise are:

  • creative vinyasa sequencing
  • slow hatha yoga flow
  • a good dose of yin, a type of yoga that favours longer holds and less emphasis on activity.

She enjoys weaving pranayama, meditation and anything else that shows up.
